Returns Policy
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
If you have an exceptional circumstance, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue. We will respond as quickly as possible but do not guarantee a different outcome.
Processing & Shipping
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order plus transit time with the carrier(s). Carrier transit time is 1-3 business days.
Order Tracking
When your items are shipped (after processing), you will receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we'll be happy to take a look for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Orders ship quickly and we may not be able to update your shipping address once your order is placed. Please contact us via the form on the website or email us directly at support@twistedadulttoys.com and we can check the status of your order and let you know if we're able to change the shipping address.
Order cut off time
We ship orders out Monday - Friday and the cut off time for processing is 12 noon, CST.
Cancellations
We can accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched but this happens very quickly. If the order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel.
Damages & Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours and we will rectify the situation for you.
